Bita Zavari D.M.D.
Over 20 years Oregon resident, Dr. Bita Zavari grew up in Lake Oswego and graduated from Lakeridge High School. She attended the Portland State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and she attended OHSU and received her degree of Doctor of Dentistry.
She is dedicated to the newest advancements in cosmetic dentistry. She is frequently among the first dentists to perfect her skills by attending the most reputable dental continuing education courses and by using the newer, more advanced techniques and equipments.
Dr. Zavari has over 10-years experience as a family and cosmetic dentist and has extensive training including the advanced use of digital imaging to the start of treatment and the use of sophisticated digital x-ray and intra-oral imaging to clearly communicate with her patients.
Dr. Zavari is a standing member of the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Thomas Eshragi
Dr. Eshraghi was raised in the great pacific northwest and loved it so much, he never left. He attended college at Portland State University, earned his Dental Degree at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU), he then earned his specialty training in Periodontics & Implant Dentistry at OHSU. While maintaining a busy private practice, Dr. Eshraghi also trains residents at OHSU as a Clinical Adjunct Assistant Professor in the department of Graduate Periodontics at OHSU where he is passionate about teaching surgery residents and dental students. Dr Eshraghi is a Diplomate of the American board of Periodontology which is the highest achievement in the specialty. Dr. Eshraghi enjoys practicing a full scope of surgery ranging from dentoalveolar and implant surgery, to cosmetic soft and hard tissue grafting. Dr. Eshraghi prides himself on integrating the latest techniques and technologies enhancing predictable patient outcomes.
Dorcas Gawlista, RDH.
I grew up on a farm in Madras, Oregon. I studied Nutrition at Oregon State University and when I moved up to Portland I decided to pursue Dental Hygiene. I graduated in 1992 from Oregon Health and Sciences University because taking care of people has always been a life interest. I have passion for dental hygiene and helping my patients achieve optimum health. My husband and I have been blessed to work in such a great community and raise our 2 boys. In my leisure time I enjoy hiking, gardening, cooking and now recently found the world of knitting.
Heidi Kaczmarek, RDH
At a young age, I was inspired to become a Dental Hygienist by my Hygienist at the time, Dorca Gawlista. I feel so fortunate to now work with her and Dr. Motlagh at Aesthetic Smiles. I graduated in 2002 from PCC and have now been practicing for nearly a decade. I truly love the art and science of dentistry and more so, taking care of each individual person and their overall wellbeing. I also am a busy mother to three boys (four if you count my husband). My hobbies include physical fitness, nutrition, travel, and interior decorating.
Debra Stonebraker, RDH
Practicing dental hygiene is a great career for me. I really enjoy the one on one relationships with my clients as well as being part of a team that offers excellent dentistry. I have been a dental hygienist for 30 years, and I am always looking for new ways to expand my knowledge. I am married and two grown children. To my delight, they both live close by. I enjoy reading, traveling and exercising. I completed my first sprint triathlon this year, as a person goal. Not sure what I will try next.

My home town is Pendleton, OR. I moved to Portland in 1986. My love for Dentistry shows in my many many years in the profession and my wide range of experience and education in several aspects of Dentistry, such as assisting, lab tech, front office. My interests are riding on the back of our Harley with my husband, 2 Aussie dogs, walking and RVing.
Lyna Roath, Patient Care coordinator
I grew up in Brush Prairie, Washington, and moved to Beaverton, Oregon a couple years ago. I have been in the dental field for about 8 years since finishing my dental assisting certificate. I started working as a Patient Care Coordinator after my internship, and have enjoyed all aspects of my job. I am the first person patients see when they arrive, and I am the last person they see when they leave. I take pleasure in being a part of the health and beauty of people's smiles. My dog Beaker, friends, family, camping, traveling, and a great movie are the things I love in life.

I have been in the dental profession since 2001 as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant and have loved every minute of it! I was born and raised in Southern Oregon, but moved to Portland in 2008. In my spare time I like to keep busy enjoying friends and family, cooking and reading. I am excited to be a part of Dr. Motlagh's Team and promise to provide high quality guest care.

I graduated from assisting school in 1999 and have found dentistry just gets more interesting as time keeps going. I love coming to work and watching smiles improve or helping to make people more comfortable and confident. I grew up in the area, graduating from Sunset in 1987. I have two wonderful kids that have both taught me a lot about life. We like to ride roller coasters, attend sports games, play games and hang out with friends.
Suzan Santos
I was born and raised in University Place, Washington. I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s in Education in 1994. I am currently enrolled at Portland Community College pursuing Dental Hygiene. I am excited to be in an office that has such a passion about patient care and quality of treatment. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and four great kids. I love caring for my family, cooking, and watching them play volleyball, soccer, lacrosse and basketball.
